Reviews and Ratings
While the rooms were a bit out of date and didn't feel as clean as expected, my stay was fine overall. The service was courteous but not as attentive as I had hoped, and the location, though beautiful, had some disappointing aspects. The dining experience was a mix of overpriced items and delicious food, but the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel had poor quality rooms with cheap lighting and unprofessional customer service, but it was comfortable with a beautiful mountain view. The service was lacking, except for the valet and hotel staff who exceeded expectations. The location was perfect for exploring Lake Tahoe, with caring staff and beautifully maintained grounds. The dining experience had great variety but was super expensive. Overall, the hotel provided mixed experiences with some standout positives and negatives.
I found the hotel to be relaxing despite being a little far from the entrance, downhill, and on the other side of the guest suites. The rooms were spotless and large, adding to the overall cleanliness and comfort. However, the location seemed overrun with children, making it a bit difficult to relax at times.
